Great pool area with DJs

It had good location right at kumharas. The hotel was in a great area, right by the beach. Our rooms were a nice size and beautiful with amazing view as expected.

It was a brand-new hotel. The staff were amicable and took care of us. Location: the property was right by a taxi from in the evenings, Ibiza and Grand Paradiso. Spent a nice evening at Boucala, located around 4-6 minutes away by foot from the venue. Our stay was amazing and we would stay here again.

The pool area stands out with large, comfortable sunbeds and an inviting ambience created by afternoons filled with relaxing DJ music. The suite offered appealing amenities, such as a balcony with a sea view and excellent decor, including a Marshall Bluetooth speaker. A stain on the bathroom door and an absence of soap by the sink detracted from the experience, along with the lack of sufficient rubbish bins in the room. While the hotel is fantastic, the local area lacks interesting attractions aside from a couple of bars.

The breakfast offered a nice water urn, perfect for staying hydrated during the day. For a better experience, try to avoid the rooms facing the rubbish bins.

Fantastic experience with amazing staff

We had an very nice time at this beautifully decorated hotel. The pool area was perfect, with DJ sets that created a fun atmosphere. Staff members, particularly Ismael at reception, were great too ensure we had everything we needed, even offering us room upgrades and flexible check-out options. The drinks at the pool bar were a bit pricey.

The suite was fabulous with a comfy bed, soundproofing, and a nice balcony view. Loved the pool area with its DJ, large sunbeds, and bar. Breakfast had great options like Spanish omelettes and pastries. The staff were on point, super attentive, and allowed a late check-out too!

Can just recommend for a city escape

Really good service, really good cleanliness, including a delicious breakfast that set the tone for the day and a convenient location just 13 km from the airport for easy travel.

Grand Paradiso Ibiza has some amazing aspects, but there were definitely some hiccups. The pool area is fantastic, with comfortable sunbeds and a DJ creating a great vibe. Sipping cocktails by the pool reminded me of a dream. The breakfast spread was excellent, with hot and cold options like Spanish omelettes and delicious pastries. Our suite had a lovely sea view balcony, and the bed was super comfortable. The cleanliness left something to be desired. We found a stain on the bathroom door upon arrival, disappointing. The lack of soap at the sink and the tiny bin in the bathroom were also annoying. There's not much to do outside the hotel. Apart from a few local cafes, it felt quite isolated.

the fridge in the room was empty. but the pool area had resident djs spinning chill vibes in the afternoon, and the breakfast selection included delicious spanish omelettes. Cava was available! we also enjoyed the spacious room with a great shower.

My partner and I enjoyed a three-day stay in a double room featuring a round bath and amenities like an iron and a coffee maker; the attentive staff provided excellent recommendations for activities during our visit.
